B Series Deep Rotor VSI Crusher

B Series Deep Rotor VSI Crusher Feature:
1) deep cavity-type rotor design is optimized to increase material pass-through volume by 30%;
2) when wear shield partial wear out, put upside down, material utilization improved, and service life increase more than 48%;
3) modular-design hammer, just to replace worn parts when wear out, it can reduce cost more than 30%. Add vice hammer, which effectively prevent damage to stand plate after wear out;
4) the core abrasion-resistant material is high degree wear-resistant and temperature-resistant material which used in American important industries;
5) diamond-shaped impact block, avoid stand plate damage after wear out;
6) bearing uses Japanese, Swedish and American international brand;
7) optimal shooting mouth and more fluid curve-shaped design reduce material flow resistance, improve material pass-through capacity as well;
8) dual-use bulk material plates, it is easy to achieve two feeding method conversion;
9) special seal structure in the spindle end, ensure no oil leak even without oil seal;
10) hydraulic openings device uses Japan imported parts, it is easy and quick to move upper lid, so the internal mechanical overhaul and replacement cost less labor effort;
11) use high protection motor, which features high efficiency and low noise. The motor is in line with International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standard, F-class insulation and IP54/55 protection level.
